Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love every piece you receive from us, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact. Ritual and lifestyle products must also be unused and in their original packaging.

Request a return or exchange by emailing us at hello@thepachamamacollective.co with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason. We'll reply within 48 hours and instructions. Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Once we receive your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5 - 7 working days.
